Facility Use Rates
$30 for Partial Day
$45 for Full Day

The rates are subject to change and we reserve the right to accept or reject any booking request. All users are required to have insurance for their events and sign a waiver of liability.

Notice of Insurance

All Lessees are advised to hold insurance that protects them in the holding of their events. The church’s (Lessor’s) insurance policy covers only church-led events. It does not cover Lessees. In acknowledgement of this fact, all Lessees are required to sign a Waiver of Liability.

Waiver of Liability

The Lessee ________ shall save and hold the Lessor (St. John’s Anglican Church), its officers, directors, employees, agents harmless for any and all injuries, damages, claims, costs and expenses arising out of the Lessee’s operations or caused by the Lessee’s officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, or guests, and arising out of the use of the premises by the Lessee.

I/We hereby agree to the terms of this Facilities Use Agreement for our event.
